En effet, il pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une technique de contre attaque et peuvent aussi terminer une projection ou une cl\u00e9. LES ESQUIVES OU EFFACEMENTS, ainsi que les at\u00e9mis sont indispensable pour la Self D\u00e9fense. Leur pratique doit \u00eatre suivie avec beaucoup de soins, d\u2019agilit\u00e9 et de rapidit\u00e9, ceci afin de d\u00e9vier l\u2019attaque adverse en cr\u00e9ant le vide. L\u2019at\u00e9mi donn\u00e9 au d\u00e9part du contre provoque une r\u00e9action qui permettra l\u2019encha\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A chaque attaque, correspond un certain nombre de d\u00e9fenses possibles. Les pratiquants de Tai Jitsu les s\u00e9lectionne lui-m\u00eame en tenant compte de ses go\u00fbts, de sa constitutions physique et de sa propre exp\u00e9rience.<br>&nbsp;\u2013 recherche du maximum d\u2019efficacit\u00e9<br>&nbsp;\u2013 ne pas \u00eatre en danger soi-m\u00eame au cours de la parade<br>&nbsp;\u2013 ne jamais rester face \u00e0 l\u2019adversaire<br>&nbsp;\u2013 bien conna\u00eetre l\u2019art des at\u00e9mis (coups), ainsi que les points vitaux<br>&nbsp;\u2013 toujours proportionner la d\u00e9fense \u00e0 l\u2019attaque subie<br>&nbsp;\u2013 ne pas oublier durant l\u2019entra\u00eenement que la d\u00e9fense se pratique r\u00e9ellement en tenue de ville et ailleurs que sur un tapis<br>&nbsp;\u2013 rester toujours ma\u00eetre de soi-m\u00eame. De plus il est capital de veiller \u00e0 la colonne vert\u00e9brale en particulier \u00e9viter tous les exercice qui risquent d\u2019accentuer la courbe lombaire (certains exercices de musculation abdominale).<br>CONSEILS : l\u00e9g\u00e8re mise en sudation par des exercices dynamiques et agr\u00e9ables. Le rythme doit \u00eatre assez rapide, chaque mouvement est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 10 \u00e0 20 fois.
