Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 chaleureusement accueillis par le club de Yoseikan Budo et son professeur, Geoffroy Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une trentaine de stagiaires se sont r\u00e9unis autour de nos quatre intervenants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"425\" height=\"283\" src=\"https:\/\/aintj.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2025-STAGE-BELGIQUE-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aintj.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2025-STAGE-BELGIQUE-4.jpg 425w, https:\/\/aintj.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2025-STAGE-BELGIQUE-4-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nicolas Lambert<\/strong> pour la partie judo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laurent Larivi\u00e8re<\/strong> pour la partie Nihon Tai Jutsu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emmanuel Legrand<\/strong> pour la partie Goshin Jutsu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Geoffroy Milan<\/strong> pour la partie Yoseikan Budo<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicolas a ouvert le stage le samedi apr\u00e8s-midi par un travail sur les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres en judo. Laurent a ensuite approfondi ce th\u00e8me avec les principes de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre en Nihon Tai Jutsu.
