{"id":12683,"date":"2026-05-25T12:11:52","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T10:11:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aintj.net\/?p=12683"},"modified":"2026-05-25T12:12:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T10:12:53","slug":"2026-03-28-29-compte-rendu-stage-hanbo-jutsu-nihon-tai-jutsu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aintj.net\/index.php\/2026\/05\/25\/2026-03-28-29-compte-rendu-stage-hanbo-jutsu-nihon-tai-jutsu\/","title":{"rendered":"2026-03-28 &amp; 29 &#8211; Compte-Rendu : Stage Hanbo Jutsu \/ Nihon Tai Jutsu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bonjour \u00e0 tous,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les 28 et 29 mars derniers, l\u2019AINTJ et le club de Nihon Tai Jutsu de Longjumeau ont accueilli un stage conjoint de Hanbo Jutsu et de Nihon Tai Jutsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anim\u00e9 par <strong>Gusztav Vikartoczky<\/strong> pour le Hanbo Jutsu et <strong>Laurent Larivi\u00e8re<\/strong> pour le Nihon Tai Jutsu, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement s&rsquo;est articul\u00e9 autour de trois temps forts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le samedi matin \u00e9tait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux pratiquants grad\u00e9s (\u00e0 partir du 1er Kyu). Gusztav y a propos\u00e9 un travail technique sup\u00e9rieur sur l\u2019utilisation du Hanbo, en \u00e9tablissant un parall\u00e8le constant entre le combat \u00e0 mains nues, les techniques de mains nues contre Hanbo, et enfin la d\u00e9fense au Hanbo contre une attaque \u00e0 l&rsquo;arme blanche. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Laurent a ax\u00e9 son intervention sur les \u00e9tranglements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le samedi apr\u00e8s-midi et le dimanche matin, deux sessions ouvertes \u00e0 tous les niveaux ont r\u00e9uni une vingtaine de participants. Venus d\u00e9couvrir ou red\u00e9couvrir le Hanbo, ces derniers ont pu r\u00e9viser les bases du dernier stage avant de s&rsquo;initier \u00e0 de nouvelles techniques pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par Gusztav, ouvrant ainsi de futures perspectives de travail. En Nihon Tai Jutsu, Laurent a mis l&rsquo;accent sur les <em>taisabaki<\/em> (d\u00e9placements) et le positionnement du corps face \u00e0 l&rsquo;agresseur pour optimiser la riposte. Il a \u00e9galement profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;occasion pour revenir sur les fondamentaux et perfectionner les d\u00e9tails d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de certaines luxations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stage s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans une ambiance \u00e0 la fois studieuse et conviviale, et s&rsquo;est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 chaleureusement autour du traditionnel
